Ranked by how long the average customer spent without power in 2025. At the top, customers of City of Milan - (TN) in TN averaged 208.9 hours without electricity across the year — about 8.7 days.
Most names here are rural cooperatives and small municipal systems. That is not an excuse so much as an explanation: they maintain long lines serving few customers, so one storm takes out a large share of the system at once.
